Victoria Barbee has been sharing her gift of song since she was a child in her father’s church for over 50 yrs.
Victoria's voice first rang out in her father's church over 55 years ago, and she's been captivating audiences ever since. With a dynamic career spanning Kansas City, New Orleans, and Las Vegas, Victoria is a celebrated actor and singer whose one-woman show, "The Real Barbee Un Masked," earned her the 2022 Crescendo Award and was revived by KC Public Theater in 2023.
She's also the founder of JAB Jewels, a children's theater company that turns the stories of urban youth into powerful stage productions. Her book "Victoria Wears a Mask" chronicles her journey of self-discovery after losing her hair to Alopecia, a deeply moving reflection on identity, voice, and resilience.
